Stars are back! And despite my bumpy history with [mostly just the lead singer of] this band, I couldn't be more happy. Set Yourself On Fire was a masterpiece among masterpieces and, though it took me a while to warm up to it, In Our Bedroom After The War made it in my top ten for 2K7.

So, I couldn't be more thrilled to offer you the first single off of the band's fifth album The Five Ghosts, upcoming on June 22nd. If the single here sounds a lot closer to Set Yourself On Fire, going back to poppy bouncing synth lines and general indie bopness - highlighted, of course, by the absolutely stunning voice of Amy Millan.
